1. what volume bottles do you need to fill? 
  Normally, there are 500ml, 1000ml, 1500ml, 2000ml, 5000ml, and 20 liter. 

2. How many bottles per hour do you need to fill?

3. Plastic bottles of glass bottles?

4. Plastic caps or metal caps?

5. What material do you need to fill? Pure water? Or hot juice? Or carbonated drinks?

It is a serious issue for us to make clear the answers. Because the price will be very different if your requirements are different.

Bottling machinery models---As per bottle volume:
Normally, we make them three kinds of bottling machines according to the bottle size.

1. For small size bottles, which are designed for bottles from 200ml to 2000ml. 

2. For middle size bottles, which are designed for bottles from 3 liter to 10 liter. Normally, they are for 5 liters bottles, popular in the market. 

3. For big size bottles, which are designed for bottles of 3/5 gallon bottles.


we must use different kind of machines for different size bottles.
Machinery are not transformers. No machine can do all size bottles. This is why we should make clear some important questions before choosing a right machine.
