Heating oven, part 1

The preforms will be heated by the radiant energy light heating lamps inside the heating oven.

1. The heating lamps should be cleaned by ethyl alcohol, better be once every month.

2. After long time working, the heating lamps will get bubbles, or get dark, which may affect the working efficiency, so they should be replaced by new ones.

3. Hands should be kept away from the heating lamps during the replacing process, but on the two ceramic ends.

Heating oven, part 2

The preforms will be transported to the heating zones to get heated.

Above every heating zone, there will be air fans, which are used for cooling down the internal parts of the heating oven.

1. The air filter net of each air fan should be checked and cleaned regularly, to make sure the fans are working well and in good performance.

2. Check regularly if there is abnormal noise from the air fans. If there is, then the fans should be check, fixed or replaced.
