How to increase the life-span of the blow molding machinery

Stretch blow molding machine is the big part of any of the water bottling plant factories. It is very important for us to do the right thing and increase the life span of the blow molding machinery.
For the bottles making factories, or any of the bottling plant factories who have blow molding machinery, It is very important to do the right things and increase the life span of the blow molding  machinery. 

Blow molding machinery takes a huge part of the running cost of the factory. 

While, most of the small scale blow molding factories do not have a complete set of mannual books for system for the operation of the blow molding machinery. And a lot of problems happen during the operation and production, which also shorten the life span of the machinery.

Thus, it is extremely important for these kind of factories to have a good and reasonabl operation and maintenance system. 

1. Before turning on the machine, the necessary lubrication should be done on some of the parts. Check if all parts are fixed tightly, and check if the screws are all tight.

2. Check the switches and air components are in good condition and right position.

3. Keep an eye on the operation during the machine is working, and stop the machine immidiatly  when problem happens. 

4. Do not use the emergency stop button too much.

5. Do not turn on and off the machine very often.

6. Check all wires and air tubes connection often. They should be connected tightly and firmly. 

7. Keep the machine clean in both external and internal. 

8. Replace the worn spare in time. In case it cause bigger damage on the machine. 

9. Keep stable power supply. If the local power supply is not stable, then it is better to get a suitable power generator.  In some place, the power supply is very un-stable, the voltage may jump 40% suddenly, whcih may cause the computer board be shocked and burned by the sudden electricity current.
