Some problems happen during the blow molding process, and we will record then and solve them, then share this knowledge to all of you. And we hope that we can discuss more and learn more by doing this. Here is the Part 5

l Reduce the pre blow air pressure.

l Make the inlet time of the air for pre blow to be a little late.

l Check if the solenoid of the stretch rod is clean or working well. Also check if the solenoid is damaged.

l Check if the air evacuation device (the silencer) is jammed or damaged

l Try increase the pressure for the cylinder of the stretch rod.
