General:

There are two  kinds of blow molding machine. 
1. Semi automatic blow molding machine.
2. Full automatic blow molding machine. 


Introductions on different models of blow molding  machines:
1. semi automatic blow molding machine


As it shows in the picture, the heater and blower machines are separated.
Operator needs to put the preforms into the heater mannually, and let the preforms to be rotary and heated inside the heating oven(as the left part in the picture).

Preforms will get out of the heating oven  when they are well heated. 

Operator needs to take out the heated preforms from the heating oven, put new preforms to take the place.
Then, put the heated preforms into the bottle mold on the blower, and press the two green buttons on the operation platform.
Then, the machine will make the bottles you need.

As we know, the molding close force is strong, and the fingures will be hurt very badly if the operator put his hand into the mold.
then, we have two green buttons, which needs two hands to press at the same time, then the mold will be closed. Which insure the two hands of the operator are safe.

2. Full automatic blow molding machine.

This is the full automatic blow molding machine. 
Opeator only need to put the preforms into the preforms tank (the right hand part), then the conveyor belt will transport the preforms into the machine. And, all preforms will be in good order one by one full automatically. 
And, full automatically, the preforms will be heated and blown into bottle by the machine.

Operator no need to do too much. He only needs to set the parameters,  keep the preforms tank be full of preforms, and keep an eye on the machine's performance. 

Difference:
1. Semi automatic blow molding machine is slower, but cheaper price. 
2. Full automatic blow molding machine is faster, and higher price. 

buyers need to find a balance between cost and speed, and then choose the suitable machine according to his demand.
