24, PET bottles are easy to be broken by dropping

A, Causes:

   1, Bottle bottom is not stretched properly

   2, PET material damaged in high temperature

B, Solutions:

   1, Change the stretch ratio for the blow molding

   2, Make sure the PET granules are dried enough before injection

   3, Reduce the heating temperature on the injection molding process, or blow molding process

25, Spot or fog inside the PET bottles.

A, Causes:

   1, Dirty air get into the blowing cylinder

   2, High humidity inside the air

B, Solutions:

   1, Check the air filters. If the filters are damaged, try get new filters

   2, Check the air cold dryer, make sure the air is dried enough before getting into the blow molding machine
