22, Some part with white/milky color on the bottle surface after blowing

A, Causes:

   1, Heating temperature for the white color part is too high

   2, Stretch ratio is too big

   3, Water inside the compressed air

B, Solutions:

   1, Reduce the heating temperature for the white color part on the heating oven

   2, Get good quality preforms

   3, Make the stretch rod to a little slower

   4, replace the oil filter

23, PET bottle is not strong enough

A, Causes:

   1, Thickness of the bottles are not even

   2, Heating temperature is too high for the whole body

   3, Bottle design is not good

B, Solutions:

   1, Fix the injection molds for the PET preforms

   2, Get good quality preforms

   3, Fix the heating tunnel, make sure all heating lamps are in the right position

   4, Reduce the heating temperature for the thickness-not-even part

   5, Increase the molds air extraction

   6, Better to make the bottle by low temperature and high compressor

   7, Re-design the bottles
